The spring is here, early for being in Sweden. The first picture is a coltsfoot that is one of the first signs that the spring is here. The second picture is a woodpecker that suddenly flew right in front on me and landed on that branch.

River in Sweden
From cold to moist. The month after December is warm, about 6 degrees Celsius
and there is no snow on the ground. It is just raining a bit and it is noisy from the river.
I like it, just hearing the river and looking at the water.

The Kölnerdomen in Cologne, Germany. A big church that took 632 years to complete! Between 1248 and 1880. Height of 157 meters (515ft). It was huge when I saw it for the first time. It is a beautiful church and was one of the few structures that still remained during bombing of Köln under the Second World War.

Watch tower in the former soviet union
When walking on an island in Estonia with alot of old soviet bunkers I found this structure hidden in the woods. Around 30 meters tall watch tower. You could walk inside and upp to the last room but it was on your own risk because it was not 100 % safe. You climbed on rusty ladders.
